Returns & Exchange Policy
At CineJackets, we aim to make every customer feel like the protagonist of their own story—not only will you feel good in a CineJackets, but you will also feel that you have received excellent service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is intended to be clear, reasonable, and customer-friendly while also maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Time
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of your order arriving.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and thoroughly packaged with tags attached.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Custom or personalized jackets are non-returnable items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Submit a Return or an Exchange
Simply email us at sales@cinejackets.com with your order number and a reason for a return/exchange. Our support team will respond with return instructions and a correct return address. We will inspect the returned item when it arrives and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Charges
- Unless defective or an incorrect item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We suggest using a trackable shipping service so that you can ensure your return gets to us without issue.
Refunds
The approved refund will go back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, your refund could take 5-15 business days to show up in your bank account.
Exchanges
- Please share if you would like to exchange your jacket for a different size, color, or style when requesting an exchange.
- Exchange items will only be shipped once we receive and inspect the outbound product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jacket was delivered damaged or defective or it was not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange to have you a replacement or make a refund at no cost to you.
Important Notes
- Items that are returned to us without having previously requested an exchange will not be accepted.
- CineJackets is not liable for lost returns sent to us without using a trackable shipping method.
- All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
