1. Eligibility

You are eligible to shop with us when you:

All transactions will be processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) via our trusted third-party payment providers: PayPal and Stripe.

Checks, cash, wire transfers or offline payment methods will not be accepted.

3. Product Information and Availability

We constantly strive to maintain accurate information on products. However, keep in mind:

  • All prices are listed in USD ($)
  • Products, details, photos and prices may change without notice.
  • Product colors may vary slightly to color/screen/device variability.
  • Products may become unavailable, especially if/when an item is held for processing during peak seasons or sales.

Once your order has been accepted, the price and items are locked in for you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are thrilled to ship our products globally to films enthusiasts around the world.
  • Typically orders take 1–2 business days to process after payment confirmation.
  • We display shipping costs and estimated delivery times at checkout.
  • Delivery times will vary based on your location, customs, and other factors outside of our realm of control.
  • We are not responsible for delays by carriers or delays caused by incorrect shipping details by the customer.
  1. Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, a cancellation may not be possible if the order has been sent to production or shipped.

Send a note to our support team ASAP to ask for super help with a cancellation. 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges will be considered within 30 days of delivery to you.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and remain in their original state, including the hangtags.
  • Please send us an email at sales@cinejackets.com to begin the return process.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method after inspection.
  • The shipping charge is not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Order Review & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • The risk of fraud
  • Pricing error
  • Out of stock issue
  • Violation of these Terms

 If your order has been canceled, we will notify you and you will receive a full refund.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CineJackets, our directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, and third-party payment processors not liable for any damages, including direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, from the use of the CineJackets website or products.

Our liability will be specifically limited to the purchase price of the item(s).

Your privacy is important to us. The information that you provide to us will only be used for purposes related to processing your order and for customer service.

The Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
